Adobe Takes 1.58 Lakh Sq. Ft. Office Space in Noida Amid Airport-Led Commercial Boom

  • May 11, 2026

Adobe has expanded its presence in India by leasing approximately 1.58 lakh square feet of office space at Max Square in Noida, reflecting the growing commercial momentum in the region driven by the upcoming Noida International Airport and rising demand for premium office infrastructure. The new facility, located on the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, marks one of the larger office leasing transactions in the National Capital Region (NCR) in recent months. According to reports, the office will accommodate more than 700 employees and strengthen Adobe’s engineering and customer-facing operations in India. The expansion highlights Noida’s emergence as a preferred destination for global capability centres (GCCs), technology firms and multinational corporations seeking high-quality commercial ecosystems and improved connectivity.

Industry experts noted that infrastructure projects such as the upcoming Jewar International Airport are accelerating commercial real estate activity across Noida and Greater Noida by improving connectivity and attracting long-term corporate investments. Max Estates stated that its operational commercial developments, including Max Square, Max Towers and Max House, have remained fully leased for more than a year, indicating sustained demand for Grade-A office spaces. Adobe’s expansion also reflects India’s growing importance as a global technology and innovation hub, supported by a large, skilled workforce, digital infrastructure development and increasing investments by multinational companies. India continues to remain one of Adobe’s largest talent bases outside the US, with the company operating multiple offices across key technology centres in the country.
